Jonathan Overly is Executive Director of East Tennessee Clean Fuels (ETCF) Coalition, which he founded in 2002 with the support of area businesses, organizations, nonprofits and research groups. ETCF achieved official designation as a Clean Cities Coalition by the U.S. Department of Energy in 2004.

Since then, Jonathan has established strong working relationships with numerous individuals, governmental entities, the business community and nonprofit organizations. His leadership has been instrumental in the rapid growth in alternative fuels use in East Tennessee.

Jonathan has facilitated too many projects to itemize, but a few of the projects that have resulted in significant diesel reductions are the I-75 alternative fuel corridor, the crossroads TSE project and multiple conversions of diesel engines to alternative fuels.
